InkRadar helps users discover tattoo studios and artists, view portfolios, follow shops, send messages, and interact with content. It is a marketplace and discovery tool, not a tattoo service provider.
Users must be 18 years of age or older.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant InkRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, display, and distribute content for platform operation.
No unlawful, defamatory, hateful content; no false claims; no hacking, scraping, or spam; no circumventing security controls.
Service provided "as is". Liability capped at €100 or amount paid in last 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Belgian/EU law.
Belgian law applies. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
